Physical Product Returns
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
For physical products, our policy lasts 20 days. If the allotted days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns & refunds are only allowed if the product was damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must email wholeheartedlymessy@gmail.com with pictures of damage within the allotted days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wholeheartedlymessy@gmail.com and we will give you further instructions.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads, such as printables and ebooks, must be downloaded within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours, the link will expire and you will not have access to the download. There are no returns or refunds if you fail to download the product within 24 hours. Digital downloads cannot be used for commercial use, nor can they be used for other products. You may only download them. Copyrighting is bad, yo.
Shipping
To return your product, you should first email wholeheartedlymessy@gmail.com and we will give you further instructions, such as where to return your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
